Time to push yourself backwards, all the way to your starting spot, just like you’re floating in zero gravity! 🚀✨
This awesome ninja move builds strong arms, super core muscles, and amazing balance! 🌈💫 It’s one of the coolest moves in our space ninjutsu training, packed with imagination, movement, and lots of giggles.
